Sree Sankaracharya University ART FEST 2014: Kalady Main center won the all round championship


The University that has know for its promotion of the  branches of Sanskrit as well as Indology, Indian Culture, Indian Languages, Indian Philosophy, Fine Arts, Foreign Languages and Social Science, celebrated its art fest for three days.
 
 Main centre won the all round championship with 220 points, Trissur centre was at second with 79 point and Tirur strood third with 49 points. Vishnu Priyan who studies BFA in main center selected as 'Kalapradhibha' while Deepthi Muraleedharan from Thrissur selected as 'Kalathilakam'.  

  Going on three days celebrations, Friday passed with most of dance and stage performances. On the day Aparna Ramachandran, who won first in Barathanadyam and Mohiniyattom and second in Kuchippudi, came with most eye cathing performance.

Making herself the story named 'Veenapoov' on a story of social importance and on Soumya tragedy, N P Jamsheeda was another one stood distant from competition.

 The art fest provided a platform for the talented youth to showcase their colours. The Festival also witnesses high competition as well as state-of-the-art performances

  There has been numerous performance as the part of celebration. The fusion dance of BFA students and the Music with body muscles on the ending session as well as theFASH MOB' performanced by students of the university as the part of promoting the university art fest also made highlighted the program
